Sometimes the world is just small enough to make it possible for two people from very different places to meet and fall in love. When this gorgeous Filipino girl met this strapping Bulgarian boy everything fell into place. Even though English is not Bobby’s first language, he knew just the right words to say when he met Darlene (in fact that may have been part of the charm). Although it had started to rain, they met under a beautiful tree by the harbor for their first look, they both looked amazing surrounded by the Fall colors. Their wedding ceremony was followed by a reception at the wonderful Newberry Library, with terrific bites from Pure Kitchen Catering and excellent tunes from Toast and Jam. Darlene and Bobby are the sweetest, and I wish them a lifetime of sweet and tender moments just like on their wedding day.

Bobby sent Darlene a love note…

She forgot about her lipstick when she kissed the flower girl.

Bobby was ready, and excited to see his bride!

Darlene and her bridesmaids made all of the bouquets… impressive!

Darlene was such a stunning bride!

We headed to the church for the ceremony.

Darlene’s brother helped her with the veil.

It’s such a small world… Liz was the cantor and I was photographing her wedding just a few weeks later!

Congrats Darlene and Bobby!
