I loved everything about this wedding, from the perfect weather to the gorgeous details, and most especially the fabulous couple! Everyone says a bride looks her best on her wedding day, but Caroline knocked it out of the park! She was truly radiant, jaw-dropping, and walking on air. Sean was beside himself after the first look, he couldn’t take his eyes off of her. To say they got a lot of attention as we made our way around the city for photos would be an understatement, and we were so lucky to have a spectacular Fall day complete with big blue skies as our backdrop. We headed back to Room 1520 for the ceremony (which was also perfect!), spent a few minutes on the rooftop as the sun set, and then Caroline, Sean and all their loved ones danced the night away. This day was the bees knees!!
Yowza!! Caroline looked perfect.
Jamie was across town with Sean and the groomsmen.
Time for the first look, and what a killer location!
They hammed it up for the camera…
It’s all about the socks!
Gorgeous!!
Congrats Caroline and Sean, may all yours days be filled with love and champagne supernovas!

Q&A With The Bride:
What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Caroline: During our last song of the night, we were dancing to one of my husband’s favorite songs (Don’t Look Back in Anger, Oasis) and all of our guests had formed a giant circle around us and were singing along while we danced. He whispered in my ear “this is the happiest moment of my life.” I will never forget that.
What was your favorite detail?
Caroline: I would have to probably say my dress!! I loved it and felt so beautiful. It only took months of working out and five fittings And professional hair and make-up helps too. But I honestly felt like the most beautiful bride, which is how every girl should feel!
Funniest memory from your wedding day?
Caroline: One of my cousins is living abroad and could not attend, so my other cousins cut out a life-size picture of his face and glued it to a popsicle stick and brought it to the wedding. He danced with almost everyone at the wedding and even got his own hashtag on Instagram (#flatpat). Too funny!
Any advice for future brides/grooms?
Caroline: The day goes by so quickly! Try to take a few moments of just looking around and taking it all in. Being surrounded by the people who love and care about you who are all there to support you is an amazing feeling you don’t want to miss or underappreciate.
If you could do it all over, would you change anything?
Caroline: I wouldn’t! I loved how everything came together and we had the best time!
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Caroline: We drove up the California Coast, from LA to San Francisco. We hit up Ojai, Santa Barbara, Monterrey, and Sausalito, with lots of meandering along the way. It was great to have something relaxing planned, as we were exhausted. I was thankful we picked something easy.
Feel free to add anything else worth mentioning…
Caroline: I loved having a close friend perform our ceremony. It was wonderful to have someone who knew us and really put a lot of preparation into having a ceremony that was personal, touching, and honest. It just felt right to have a ceremony that fit us as a couple, and to be able to share stories about us with our family and friends. We will be eternally grateful to our officiant, Gregg, for doing us that enormous favor. It made the day perfect for us.
Pre-wedding info (a little history):
How did you meet? (How long have you known each other?)
We met at work. We were friends for a little while first, and then began spending time together outside of the office and eventually dating… and married!
When did you know he/she was “the one”?
I always had a hunch that he could be the one, but wasn’t sure if the timing was right. He wasn’t looking to settle down when we met, but I had an idea that if I could be patient and show him what he was missing, he would change his mind. Luckily I was right!
Describe the proposal.
The proposal was in Sausalito, California, one of our favorite places. It was meant to occur outside with a glass of wine on the San Francisco Bay, but a huge rain storm ruined the plans. Instead, he proposed that night. When we returned to the hotel from dinner, he had champagne waiting (hidden) in the room, and a teddy bear wearing a t-shirt asking me to marry him. He said we could give it to our kids one day.
