Catherine and Jonah had a beautiful backdrop for their wedding, this day had it all! From the gorgeous White Gate Farm where the ceremony took place, to the quaint Lakeside Inn for the reception, it couldn’t have been more adorable. Catherine and Jonah are the perfect blend of grace, intelligence, and whole-hearted love. The readings they chose for the ceremony caused quite a few tears, the reception was filled with well wishes, speeches, delicious pies, and then erupted into a crazy dance party. They truly captured all the elements of a perfect wedding in their own way, filling every moment with love and beauty. This wedding is a treasure, and I can’t get enough of the photos! Here are many of my favorites…

The girls were all about getting Catherine ready.

Her dad played “here comes the bride” on the harmonica while her makeup was done in the next room, how sweet is that?

Event the Obama’s were there to applaud (I couldn’t resist photographing these cardboard cut-outs in her parent’s house).

The groom warmed up for the ceremony with a few games of ping pong.

The siblings were hamming it up for the camera.

The guests helped themselves to some lemonade.

The lace on top of the chuppah was a family heirloom.

The breaking of glass.

And then they kissed…

And kissed some more.

The rolling hills behind the farm and the overcast sky reminded me of an Irish countryside.

School buses were waiting to transport the guests to the reception.

The Lakeside Inn.

Many local vendors were used, like jam for the favors and the desert of delicious pies.

I love the look on Catherine’s face as she hangs on for dear life.

Let the dancing begin.

Congrats you two, thank you for choosing me to be a part of such a wonderful day!

Special thanks to Jolene Sullivan of Delicate Creature event planning for being so wonderful and organizing everything from head to toe, and to Jamie Hartley for being a terrific photo assistant/second shooter.
