I had a recent photo shoot with a very amazing couple, Kristie and Niall. They are an awesome husband and wife team, operating the restaurant “Firefly” in Effingham, IL. This oasis of American fresh cuisine boasts a daily menu, and the freshest ingredients. They even grow their herbs and vegetables in their very own garden! The positive press buzzing around this restaurant is an indication of a great things happening, sure to lead to much recognition in the culinary world. Look out, Chef Niall is coming at ya!
