This wedding was great in so many ways. Not only was the weather perfect (and we were able to have the ceremony outside after all, as the sun was setting), but this couple had the perfect style and was ready to have some fun! Both Julia and Andy are artists, and they chose the wonderful Morton Arboretum as the setting for both the ceremony and reception. It was a perfect day for photos, and of course a wedding, with friends and family in terrific spirits, taking full advantage of the Magnolia photo booth (and the props) and getting down on the dance floor! I had a blast with the bridal party as we rode the limo around the grounds, picking the right spots for our photos, and Julia and Andy made the picture perfect couple. Thanks again for choosing me as your photographer, I love these photos!
The girls were determined to celebrate with a glass of wine, and it took 3 of us to get this bottle open!
The first look.
Off to the Arboretum with the bridal party for photos!
The “Steelroots” sculpture series provided us with some cool shapes and backdrops.
We couldn’t resist incorporating this funky sculpture into some of the photos.
I think this one is my favorite.
I love Andy’s design for the programs and invitations.
Andy wins the award for most excited groom!
It’s always a blast working with Magnolia photo booth.
One of the cousins was modeling Grandma’s fur wrap.
Julia’s dad gives her a twirl.
Let the party begin!
Congrats again to Julia and Andy, it was wonderful to be a part of your wedding day!
