Why do the good girls always love the bad boys? Funny enough, when Carrie first met Jason she was not interested. His devilish grin and amazing sense of humor finally won her over, and now they’re getting hitched. They tease and joke, play up the pda and then bust out laughing at their silliness. They are great drinking buddies and terrific company, spending time with them is always a guaranteed barrel of laughs. I was thrilled when they asked me to photograph their wedding, and knew that I would be in for some unique photo opportunities. For their engagement photos we decided to forego the Chicago city skyline and head over to the train tracks behind his parents house, the place where he would sneak out to with friends back in high school. We goofed around, had a couple of beers, and took some silly photos. Although Carrie would most likely beat Jason in a wrestling match, we pretended that he was a villain out of an old silent film and she played the role of the damsel in distress. Stay tuned for the video version (by Jeremy Bircher), it’s going to be a riot! Thanks Carrie and Jason for playing along with a crazy idea and being totally awesome!

Carrie looking hot.
